We will let you know about the same via email and SMS. You could also use the tracking link sent to you in the order email to track the exact status of your order. Yes, you can! 🙂 Goosebery follows a ‘no questions asked’ return policy. The product can be returned within 7 days of being delivered. Please write to us at email@example.com or call us on +91-4985209681 to raise a return request.
Once the product has been picked up by our logistics partner, the amount will be transferred within 7 – 10 working days. In case of Cash on delivery payment, we would ask you for your NEFT details and will transfer the payment to the account. In case of Online payment, the amount will be transferred back to the same account from which the payment was made as we already have your details. ** Refunds can only be availed in the above stated methods.
