Shipping Policy

The large majority of our orders are shipped within same day of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.

As mentioned above, we ship most items within same day of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 5 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us at olivestartup@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

Cancellation and Return Policy

Not satisfied with our product? We promise full refund for the item.

1.If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt. Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item, you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.

2.You can initiate the returns by logging into your Goosebery Account.

Raising the return request

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to My orders
  • Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
  • Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • A maximum amount of Rs.100 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Goosebery Wallet Credits.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue Goosebery wallet redits, as per your preferred choice.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • Goosebery Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from Goosebery.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
  • For orders placed using Goosebery Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Goosebery Credits account only.
  • Any Goosebery Credits / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
  • Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided.
  • Refund/ Goosebery credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Goosebery credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  • You can return either the complete order or 1 or more items from the same.

  • Please mention the Return Id on the packet.

Exchange and Replace Policy

If you would like to exchange products purchased on goosebery, please follow the steps below:

  • You can write us exchange requests for products purchased from goosebery within 7 days of its delivery with the order number and appropriate reason for exchange and you will be contacted by our customer service team to assist you further to exchange the products.
  • Please ensure your product is not damaged and also ensure that all the tags are still in place.
